HOW TO PLAY

Each draw, the reels deal an Age and a Realm β€” and four real figures from that time and place step forward.

Pick an open seat, then the figure to fill it. Five draws, five seats: Ruler, War Minister, Treasurer, Diplomat, Chief Advisor.

Match the person to the seat. Each seat rewards what its holder was truly great at in life. There are no combos or chemistry between picks β€” every minister is judged alone, so five right-person-right-seat choices beat any theme. Stats are hidden: their story is your only clue.

After the fifth pick, the judges grade your government, 0–100. Most reigns land B–C. An A means you know your history. An S is one for the chronicles.
Napoleon is a legendary War Minister… and a famously terrible Diplomat. Same man, different seat, very different grade.
